Where is the new Malco car hire office in Malaga?
Our car hire office is located in the heart of Malaga Airport, at C. Peña de Francia, 18, Churriana, 29004 Guadalmar-San Julián. We will be happy to assist you, both personally and through the contact channels we have already opened, by email [email protected] or by telephone/Whatsapp: 678 386 933.
I would like to travel to the Costa del Sol, can I book my car now? How do I do it?
Yes, you can! Although the service will only start on the 1st of June, we have already activated our website so that you can book your trip in advance. The process is the same as before: from the home page (or from ‘Malaga Airport Car Hire‘) select the Malaga Airport pick-up location and whether or not you wish to return the vehicle to the same location. Then select the pick-up and drop-off dates and click on Search. From there select the vehicle that best suits your needs and follow the steps that appear on the screen.
What vehicles can I hire at Malco Malaga Airport?
At Malco Malaga Airport you can book 4 to 5 seat cars with manual or automatic transmission, as well as vans with up to 9 seats. Whether you are travelling as a couple or with a large group of friends, we have got you covered!
Once I have booked, how do I collect my car?
Malaga Airport is quite busy as it has up to 5 terminals in a strategic area for tourism. That’s why we have opted for the Meet & Greet system, which we have explained in another blog post. Customers go to a meeting point near the airport, which they have been informed about beforehand. A Malco representative will be waiting for them and the vehicle will be collected at the same point. No waiting. No excessive paperwork. No hassle, no long queues at the counter, it’s the fastest way to rent a car!
Any tips for my trip to Malaga?
Our advice is to make the most of your trip! However, be aware that the speed limit in Malaga’s urban areas is generally 50 kilometres per hour. It is important to pay attention to traffic signs, as in some areas this limit may be lower, especially near schools and residential areas. Also, the speed limit on secondary roads is usually 90 kilometres per hour, while on motor ways it can increase to 120 kilometres per hour. Respect the rules for a safe journey!
See you in Malaga! Any doubts? Remember you can count on us. Contact us and we will help you.
